Step 1 - Let’s Talk:

We’ll reach out to schedule a call. We want to hear about your project, priorities and everything that’s important to you about your build.

Step 2 - Let’s Dig Deeper

Let’s take a look at your current floor plan, do a site visit and get you a cost estimate for your project. For $400 we send out a technician who scans your entire home and provides a PDF floor plan. We will send you this PDF floor plan and then schedule an on site visit for us to work through the initial design ideas. On our visit we’ll annotate the PDF and use the information we collect to develop your cost estimate.

Step 3 - Let’s Deliver

We’ll send you your cost estimate and the annotated PDF that gives you a sense of the project costs with Make Design.

Step 4 - Let’s Draw, Let’s Permit and Let’s Make

After the initial down payment, we create all the drawings needed, apply and obtain your building permit. Afterward, we create the detailed construction elevations, make material selections and deliver those along with your final cost estimate. Let’s start building.
